Every request on Habitaa comes from a developer, owner or property manager working on a multiplex or multi-unit residential project, never a one-off homeowner job. Requests fall into two verticals, and you can serve either or both.

There is no subscription, no seat fee, and no charge to create a profile, submit credentials or respond to a request. A fee applies only once a client selects your quote for paid work, so any cost only ever follows revenue you have actually won, never speculative visibility.

Once approved, a verified badge appears on your profile and on every quote you submit, so clients can tell at a glance that your credentials have been checked.

What a matched request looks like

When a project matches a service you offer, the client's project profile arrives attached to the request: unit count, project type, budget range, timeline and the answers to that service's own questions. You are quoting against real project details from the start, not guessing at scope from a one-line lead.
